The Sacred Valley, located just an hour north of Cusco, is where most of the trails are found. This stunning region is renowned for its Incan history, ancient ruins, and traditional villages. Once the heart of the Inca Empire, the valley was revered as a sacred area thanks to its fertile lands and ideal climate.
Prepare to be captivated by long, Inca-built single tracks that wind through remote traditional villages, immense mountains, and some of the finest riding terrain in the world. These trails often lead to Inca ruins rarely visited by tourists, offering a unique blend of history and adventure. Shuttle-assisted rides feature exhilarating descents (averaging 1,550 meters/4,900 feet per day), challenging climbs at high altitudes, technical sections, and fast-paced “Peruvian Flow” segments. The riding experience in Peru is truly unparalleled.

Expect temperatures ranging from 25–30°C (78–86°F) in the valleys to 5–15°C (41–59°F) at higher altitudes. Depending on the season, riders should be prepared for the possibility of rain and colder weather.

Safety — Our trips take place in remote areas with limited evacuation options. Our guides are trained in basic first aid and, in the event of a serious injury, will coordinate helicopter search and rescue.
